Law of Attraction - Adjusting Your Vibration

The true secret to controlling your vibration is “using your imagination”. If you can become like a child who is “playing pretend”, then you can create that imaginary mental world where you do HAVE that thing or circumstance that you want in physical reality.
For those moments that you are pretending and imagining that you have it…you really do have it and your vibration is that of someone who already has it. But there is a bit of further technique required.
The easiest way to explain it is to remind you of how you would play when you were a child. You could imagine you were a fireman, or a cowboy or a prince or princess, a mother, a father, a lifeguard or a race car driver…you name it and you could pretend it. For those moments you were what you imagined you were and you were really good at it.
We look at actors on the stage or the big or small screen and some of them are super pretenders and imaginers. They convince themselves and they convince you…that is if you are enthralled by their “performance”.
Believe it or not it is extremely easy to pretend you are a millionaire. You can do it all day long or all week long or for an entire month if you wanted to. It can make you really laugh, have a ton of fun and enjoy people’s reaction as you interact with them. It CAN have utterly amazing results. You should try it.
Sure you can say, “oh this is stupid and silly and I must be out of my mind” but you will find that that is exactly what you are…OUT OF YOUR MIND. Out of your normal everyday poor little down trodden, lonely and impoverished mind. You now have a NEW mind and, by the way, a new VIBRATION.
If you try this totally outrageous experiment and you notice how you FEEL while you are in “your millionaire act” then you are feeling the appropriate vibration that attracts the same thing you are vibrating.
The most difficult part of all this is to be able to ignore your present physical reality of poverty or loneliness and just flat out play pretend. How good of an actor or actress are you, anyway. You CAN find out and if you have a sense of humor you will get a great laugh. You just might laugh all the way to the bank or into the arms of your new lover.
People who lack money or love or health sit around and in their mind, they DWELL on their current physical reality circumstances. If they truly understood manifestation they would know that they are “perpetuating those current circumstances” through their thoughts and vibrations.
What they lack is the ability to CHANGE THEIR MIND. Changing your mind takes some sort or any sort of application and effort but not even the effort of bending over and tying your shoes. You need to change your mind to change your vibration to change your circumstances to change your manifestation.
So you can go on and not believe in manifestation or vibration and your circumstances will definitely follow those thoughts that you keep dwelling on. You will wonder why you can not get what you want and wonder why you keep getting more of the same…more of what you don’t want.
With a casual examination of your own thoughts or beliefs you can determine if your thoughts and beliefs are beneficial to you or not. Remember it is not necessary to rigidly control your thoughts and beliefs but it definitely is to your great advantage to just casually monitor your own thoughts and beliefs.
When you are having a thought or feeling a mood that makes you even the slightest bit uncomfortable, just ask yourself…is this thought or mood “beneficial” in some way…in any way…to me? If it is not…just throw it out…like you throw out the garbage…toss it…drop it…forget it.
An obvious way to do that, is simply, to just to reach for the opposite…high end thought…reach for the higher thought….the good feeling positive thought and hold on to that. This absolutely holds true for your beliefs also
All you have to do to determine what is the high end thought or belief is to sense how a new or different thought or belief makes you feel. If you were feeling down or bad with the non beneficial thought/belief a minute ago…find any thought/belief that makes you feel good while tossing the bad one into the cosmic garbage can.
This is all not any kind of rigid control just as I have stated. It is rather a casual monitoring and evaluating of your own thoughts and beliefs.
This is all that is involved in manifesting on a high natural positive level, which is your natural state of being. This will bring only great and abundant resultant manifestations.
This is but one perspective mentioned in the new book by Seth Manne entitled “Manifesting The Ultimate: Perfect Health, Massive Wealth, True Love, and Infinite Happiness”.

It comes down to this simple realization: What good, at all, does it do you to hold thoughts or beliefs that are NOT beneficial to you. They serve absolutely no good purpose whatsoever. Why do you entertain them. If you can come up with a good answer to that then you have your answer to why your life is like it is.
This article certainly is not the main focus of this new book but merely presents one of the books simple perspectives and enjoyable exercises for changing thoughts, beliefs and vibration.
The books main focus is on a specific and critically important missing element in the manifestation process as explained elsewhere. Even though manifestation is an automatic and involuntary process that happens for you with or without your conscious control or awareness, be advised that the lack of understanding of this ONE overlooked element leaves you producing inconsistent and often unwanted circumstances.
This primary element in the manifestation process is never mentioned by 99% of all authors, teachers, lecturers and guru’s who teach Law Of Attraction methods and techniques.
