Manifestation Exercise

When you want to manifest a certain circumstance: Imagine the circumstance you desire, vividly, thoroughly. Live there, mentally, in that non-physical imagined circumstance for a few moments or as long as you like. This should be a vivid and enjoyable “non-physical thought experience”.

Feel the feeling of desire that you hold regarding what you want. You do not have to feel it for any long period of time but just briefly feel the intensity of the desire. If you can not feel that then possibly there is no real desire. In that case go back and check the imagined circumstance until you clearly feel the desire for that circumstance.

Believe or know (your choice) that you can have, create/manifest, produce, actualize and physically experience this circumstance if it is within the limits of what is physically possible and causes no harm. Expect and have faith that there is a power and a universal law, a certainty and a truth that “delivers” your circumstances to you in-line with what you imagine, believe and expect and act upon.

Take the best appropriate accompanying action that you can think of and position yourself in the most favorable location that you imagine would produce the best results.
