Seeking More Than Creature Comforts

You may wonder why there seems to be some conflict between the essence of pure consciousness with all its various levels, and the “ego-consciousness” (outer or personality-consciousness) contained within the physical being. At the risk of sounding overly esoteric, you are the essence of pure super conscious in creature form.  Consciousness in creature form considers and seeks creature comforts.

Many of the circumstances that you desire to manifest as your experiences, have to do with creature comforts in the material world. The physical experiences and circumstances that you, the personality, seek are not sought by the super consciousness which is complete and has no desires. All physical experience beyond survival, is a self produced version of the cumulative effect of what you believe to be possible, for you, in the form of personal circumstances.
